The Personal Drive Alert (PDA) is your tool for better understanding personal drive through an exploration of self-concept, personal success factors, and historical feedback and reinforcement themes.
This instrument will help you identify beliefs and behaviors that impact your effectiveness. The PDA measures what is commonly referred to as “drive”; the internal motivators that cause you to rely on a certain set of skills or abilities in order to achieve certain outcomes. All of us have primary “drives” that influence how we operate. By learning more about these drives we can more readily choose when to operate with a preferred drive style and when to choose another, less preferred drive.
